These people are ridiculous to get a hold of. They do not answer phones and take days to return calls only to let the phone ring twice and then hang up. They will rush you off of the phone instead of being patient and listening, then they will turn around and cancel your appointment with little time for the tiniest reason. As someone who works in health care, I would 100% not choose to work with this provider if his staff can't even tackle the basics of patient care.
The worst office I've ever had to interact with. Dr Falcao is fantastic but his staff is horrible. They never answer the phone, are not prompt at returning calls and forget having prior authorizations answered in a timely manner. Absolutely atrocious, it's a shame we have to search for a new Dr because his staff is so bad.
Dr. Falcao and his team are amazing, patient and thorough. They listen to the parents and the caregivers regarding their concerns. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Falcao and his team are the best in Central Florida.
First visit was wonderful. Office staff were lovely professionals and the doctor was very informative and made me feel at ease. He was very kind and my husband and I feel we have a plan going forward with our son. He listened to all my questions and gave his viewpoint respectfully and humbly.
Can’t speak about the Dr because I never saw him, only saw the nurse practitioner every time, she was nice but, the main reason for the negative review is the fact that I took my son in for testing and evaluation for Autism and ADHD , the testing only consisted of the tech asking me about 100 questions and based on My answers , the nurse practitioner came back and said he was diagnosed with both , not even once they asked my son any questions or had him do any testing or perform any tasks.
