I am starting my 6th year at Germanna Heights Senior Apts. Yes, we have been through several managers and maintenance men-but our current manager has been here for 3 plus years. With 13 company owned properties; she has been "Manager of the Year" for 3 consecutive years. The property is clean, grounds are well groomed year round-with flowers from early spring through late fall and a gazebo enjoyed by many. I have resided at Germanna Heights Apartments for less than one year & must say the experience has been awesome overall! The Residential Manager is one who aims to please the tenants & always gives us the benefit of the doubt! She takes her personal time to make sure the property is presentable, makes sure the tenants engage in activities suitable to all no matter the age range & participates with us in all we do! My experience at Germanna Heights has been a beautiful one. I love it here & our manager is to be commended for the GREAT JOB she does! We are truly blessed to have Rose at our facility.
I love living here at Germanna Heights, it is kept so clean and homey. I just love our manger Rose she treats everyone with love and respect just like would have want someone to treat her. She makes sure that we have actives and we also have church services on sundays.

I have lived here for 8 years and my experience until recently has been mixed, at best. During those 8 years we have gone through 14 maintenance men and are currently without a maintenance person again. We have had 6 property managers in those 8 years. The current property manager plays favorites to those tenants she likes. Management decisions are emotional-based and not thought out at all. Decisions fluctuate and are reversed on a regular basis. Rules are only enforced when another tenant complains about other tenants. As ... read more
