I have been going to German Village Veterinary Hospital for the past five years since I have moved to the area. The decline in customer service, personal care of our fur babies, and inflating the bill has pushed us out the door. In our personal experience they have lost focused of our animals well being and only on the up charging. They have lost my confidence in there ability to care for our babies. If you cared about your babies I would stay clear of this vet office. They could do this to your dog... his pour ear...

My vet recently retired so today was my dog's first checkup visit at the German Village Vet. The staff was very friendly and focused on any issues or concerns I had. I am happy I found my dog a new vet home!

Absolutely amazing customer/patient care! One on one consultations with your pet’s best interest in mind. Dr Kabura is a gem. She truly cares about her patients and their parents. I can not recommend her enough! If you are in the need of quality animal care then look no further.
Awesome vet, very friendly
They did everything they could. We lost our Simbaaa but they were the most loving, kind, and compassionate people, from the Vet doctor to the vet techs to the receptionist, all there for us. Simbaa would’ve wanted that for me. 5 stars ⭐️
