I’m very happy with Dr German as my primary! I recommend him
Horrible customer service. Rude lady from billing department just hung up on me and was very rude. Multiple times they have fraudulently coded things incorrectly to the insurance. Update: they have forced me to pay this fraudulent charge otherwise they said they would send to collections to ruin my credit. They reply online that advent health cares, but nobody at advent health or this office has cared on the phone about this situation or owning up to their mistakes.
