Excellent service and fair price. Know what they're doing
Recently had to have some major service work done on my partner's Mini Cooper that wasn't revealed when the independent inspection was done prior to purchase in NSW. True to form, Sam was able to quickly identify what issues needed immediate attention and servicing. I needed to rebook another time to bring the car back to have the remainder of the work completed as originally I thought it only needed general servicing. My CLA coolant was leaking quite badly and dare not to drive, have to call Sam for help. He was so busy that could not promise to check immediately, anyway I arranged to tow to his shop. Sam managed to check, ordered the necessary parts and fixed it, what can I say. Thanks Sam.
