Very professional. Answered all my questions. Was very concerned that I understood the procedure.

I have attempted for over 6 wks to make an appointment with Dr Oliver. I hear the same thing from his staff every time - need the report from 2 yrs ago on another matter from a previous dr. The records were sent 3 times, to 2 separate numbers. Dr. Olivers's office personnel indicated last time that she would request the records herself. That makes 4 attempts! Now 2 weeks later and NOTHING. Dr. Oliver may be a fantastic doctor - I'll never know. His office staff does him a huge disservice.
I am a new patient with Dr. Oliver, but I liked him very much the first visit had in his office. He has a wonderful staff who are eager to meet a patient's needs. He is a very busy doctor and when you get an appointment with him, keep it. I can testify to that. As I said, he is very kind and takes your symptoms very seriously.
I thoroughly enjoyed my patient experience under his care. He has excellent bedside manner and is attentive, answers questions clearly and provides comprehensible explanations. I also enjoy that he did not just experiment with unnecessary medications, procedures,or tests, or just dismiss my concerns, and instead tried more natural alternatives and looked to actually pinpoint the source. Excellent and approachable physician. Would definitely highly recommend Dr. Oliver.
