I think that German Motors has a new loyal customer. From drop off to pick up, everyone involved was helpful and informative. April was amazing and thorough; she answered all my questions with a smile and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. When I picked up my FJ, it was shiny; they must have washed and waxed the entire vehicle, even the stock rims. Jan23,2017,we recently had an accident, we don't know what to do, so we called Bmw collision center @SF,a lady named Amy was rude, we were asking how to bring our X5 2016 to your shop, but instead of helping us what to do she said I'm sorry we don't tow, and informed us to settle the insurance guys first; was shaking and anxious that time and don't know what to do, our car was almost a total wreck, haven't slept and eaten yet.
