I only go here ! & drive an hour 2 get there...
I needed a transmission service for my GLA 250. Called German motors, asked for estimate - $385. Scheduled an appointment. When I came, the person at reception told me it would cost $420. I was surprised but said OK. No written estimation. I thought it would be fine. But I was surprised again when they charged me $550. I argued that is not the price we agreed. Finally, they charged me $445, and I paid. I thought it was misunderstanding and when I needed a brake fluid flush, I called them again and ask for an estimate. $155. ... read more
