Ivan is excellent! I had an issue with my Audi TDI, he talked me through it over the phone which saved me a trip to the mechanic/dealer. I brought it in later for some work and he was honest with the service and didn’t try to sell me on anything other than what I needed. Pricing was fair and reasonable (actually less than I expected). I will absolutely go back for any other issues.

Had my brakes done there. Good price. Well now I know why. The brakes squeaked after having them installed. Waited a few weeks to see if they would settle. They never stopped squeaking. They did replace the brakes (and routers) under warranty but I had to make two trips because they only did the front ones. And when the squeak persisted we went back for the rears.
