The front desk receptionist was exceptionally courteous and polite. When queried, she readily sought guidance from the mechanics when necessary. Her communication skills were excellent, keeping me informed throughout the process and facilitating a seamless interaction with my warranty provider. The vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner. I was living under a rock all these years and found a gem!! I have VW atlas and 2 days I heard a loud pop while driving. Made me super paranoid and called them the next morning. Next available appointment was in mid September and I told the nice person on the phone that it’s urgent and can it be seen earlier. Took my 911 to Johnny and Team at GMW for its first service since I got it. I have very high expectations for mechanics, since some visits can cost as much as a Dr's appointment. The Team did not let me down!!! I had several things for them to look at and/or fix. My car has never run better and the total cost with all the minor fixes, the oil change, and a BG Engine Performance treatment, was only $250! Thank you so much Johnny and team!!!
