RecommendedGreat experience. Saved a couple grand from a previous quote from another facility. Had another issue with one of the cylinders misfiring replaced the coil pack for free!
This car shop is just awesome. Great alternative to the dealership. I bring in my Volvo S80 for routine maintenance and other car issues, such as when the check engine light come on. They never scam their customers and are always straight up. The manager will call you with updates as necessary to your repair. You can’t beat $140 for routine maintenance when it’s almost $600 at the dealer. Prices are much lower than at the dealer or even other competitors in the area. Highly recommend!
Funny I ran by this page and thought to myself that name sounds familiar.. I would advise anyone to not ever take your cars to this shop. I owned a 335i and trusted these people with my car. It was in and out of their shop constantly after that. The owner is a unprofessional angry man. He’s a “tough guy” you can’t tell him anything type of person. His word is it and that’s all they can’t take any direct criticism without getting offended and blowing up. He lacks the most basic management and customer service skills. Terrible... read more
