I brought my Mercedes in on Monday to get the driver side window fixed. I had called beforehand and confirmed that it would take a few hours so I could just wait there while it was being fixed. Within an hour of being there a man comes back with a broken piece saying the belt and pulley just broke and the car left undrivable. Amazing how German Master Tech stands behind their work. I was having blower and heating issues that were baffling. Repairs were made and then something would go wrong again. I was in 4 times and GMT was determined to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve the problem. Each time the problem was a repeat of a previous one they did not charge me even though it cost them many many hours of labor.
