I never write reviews but I was very impressed with the great service I received for a small order I placed. I needed the items within a few days and Linda made sure it was shipped to me on the day she got back from driving all night from attending a festival her company was at. You rarely see this type of commitment and customer service
I purchased a dirndl from Linda at German Import Haus and decided that it wasn't for me. I sent it back to her (had to pay return shipping, ok whatever), and when I got my "refund" she had kept the shipping that she paid for herself. So I had to eat $30 in shipping costs, despite paying $214 for the dress. Her response: "The correct refund is $202.57. $11.85 difference is for the outgoing shipping to you which is non refundable. $202.57 + $11.85 =$214.42 (the price you paid when you submitted your online order).
