Absolutely WORST experience my husband and I have ever had. they only reason there is one star is because i cant post with 0 stars. Paul is a terrible owner and should learn some customer skills. They come up with nothing but excuses about being short staffed, and lie about things they have done. Very nice and no pressure
I had the worst experience of my life. My credit is not the best but I asked my mother to co sign for me. She forgot to tell that she has her credit locked. So to make a long story short they just assumed that my mom had no credit at all and would not even return my calls. I really want to know is it because I’m black.
I had a GREAT experience with this dealership! They were very flexible with my needs, very nice, gave me all the info I requested, and more. They were great to work with. I highly recommend giving them a call!
James was great during my buying process. It can be a little sketchy buying a car almost 1000 miles away, but he made the whole process a breeze and very easy. Not pushy at all, but helpful with any questions I had. I love my new car, overall great experience!
A very positive experience. James worked with me to keep me at the payment I wanted, and the best deal for my bucks! He explained the financing process to me in detail; And he had a pleasant demeanor about him! I believe I got a really good deal for the money! I am happy with my "newer" car!
