I received first contact from someone at German Concepts and explained that I was willing to pay whatever fees were required to get out of my current lease, just so I could go back to a Mini Cooper. They asked for the pay off information, which I provided and then there was no more communication. I had wondered if they didn't think I was serious, so I reached back out to the same contact and didn't receive a reply. I have always drove minis. I did not buy because of distance from me but they were great on communicating
They responded right away. The only one to respond. He was polite, respectful and very helpful. He accurately described the vehicle. It was ready when we got there. The staff was great. My only problem was the car had a leak. It was fixed they said. But no one could tell us where the leak was. So that concerned me. But even with that I would still recommend them

All the people at German Concepts, Osceola, IN were very friendly, helpful and professional. They assured us right away issues we pointed out with the Fiat 500X would be corrected immediately. Very fair pricing. Very respectful of us. This is not a dealer that wants to rush customer in and out but will take time to address any and all questions. We were treated like people not $$'s. Thank you Griffin and Bill and all others behind the scene.
