I had a situation where a part I wanted to purchase was delivered without my final approval on delivery costs. The part was returned and German Bliss refunded the total invoice including shipping charges. I'M PUTTING IN A RATING RATHER LATE AS I DID NOT START DOING THIS TILL ABOUT A YEAR AGO REGULARLY. THIS STORE IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT STIHL PRODUCTS. EVEN WHEN I LIVED IN VIRGINIA I CAME HERE. LORI WAS ONE OF THE BEST EMPLOYEES AND WOULD MAKE YOU LAUGH. THEY KNOW THE PRODUCTS AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
