I bought an Exmark radius mower at German Implement. I absolutely love the machine! The customer service is the best! They really make the purchase a great experience!
One star was pushing it!!! My family member (78 year old lady) had an issue with her John Deere mower. The East Peoria German-Bliss branch came and got her mower; took it back to the shop …did EVERY MAINTENANCE TYPE THING (not even asked for to be done) BUT FIX THE ISSUE (oil change, filter change, sharpen the blades, etc) Then returned the mower to her house along with a bill for NEARLY $500…BUT IT STILL DID NOT MOW…the issue it went in for NEVER WAS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thankfully, her neighbor figured it out and fixed her ... read more

I had a situation where a part I wanted to purchase was delivered without my final approval on delivery costs. The part was returned and German Bliss refunded the total invoice including shipping charges.
