The a/c in my 2017 BMW X1 stopped working 400 miles from home on one of the recent 90 degree days. I had 2 dogs in crates in the back and traveling the congested tollway traffic was miserable! I dropped by Mike's shop the next morning and explained the issue and left the vehicle. I was looking for place near me to service a bmw z4 I just purchased. I found GAW and I’m glad I did. They did great job changing all the fluids and I had bunch warning lights on dash and he was able to fix the issues. He also changed steering position sensor. I will be using GAW in future for any repairs.

Mike is great! Certified BMW master tech you can trust. I recently purchased a 2025 z4 m40i and wanted some things changed. He did it quickly and professionally. I will be using him for all Preventative maintenance going forward. (car is still under warranty). Bonus: his dog is at the shop with him and she is the goodest of girls and wants all of the pets (and treats) she can get :)
Had Mike do a pre inspection on a BMW I was looking to buy. He was able to fit me in within 2 days and did a thorough inspection. I’m from out of state and he emailed me a full inspection with pictures which gave me confidence moving forward with the car. Thanks Mike!
