Excellent knowledge of automobiles,especially BMWs and Minis
Took my M3 in to German Auto Werks for a crank hub upgrade after the stock unit failed. While other shops were booked out for a month or lacked the necessary tools and experience, German Auto Werks was able to schedule me in within a week. Their communication was solid throughout the process, and the turnaround was surprisingly quick for such a major job. Highly recommend them if you need serious work done by people who know what they're doing.
Mike is hands down the most knowledgeable and professional BMW specialist you can find anywhere. He’s a great guy, has done a fantastic job keeping my 20 yr old Beemers in top form. And his four legged assistant is always available for consultation
Took my 3-series here for the first time recently. I was really impressed with Mike and the shop. He's very knowledgeable and told me I didn't need most of the things the dealer just recommended. The dog is awesome too! Definitely coming back.
