If you own an import or European vehicle, finding a shop you can actually trust is half the battle. This place is hands-down the best foreign car shop I’ve ever dealt with. I originally brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after another shop tried to hand me a massive laundry list of "urgent" repairs. From the moment I walked in, the team was straightforward, professional, and completely transparent.
My boyfriend sent his car to a local repair shop and then had it sent to German Auto tech. We never could reach them on the phone. Finally we reached someone and she told us the fee to pay and inform when it would be getting towed so they have a heads up. Three weeks later we called a tow and the lady answered and said 7 cars were blocking the car so it couldn’t be towed.
