From the first inquiry phone call to setting an apt, getting the oil change and inspection, waiting at the shop and talking about the car…it’s a true pleasure here at German auto. Timmy up front is great, knowledgeable, friendly, happy to help. Alan took care of my car. And Mike was great as we talked about upgrades - for later ☺️. What can I say - I’ve found my shop.
Dave and his team saved me over $10k after they deemed dealer recommended services were not in their opinion needed and this proved to be true. This allowed me sell my BMW with no issue and again safe over 10k. Thanks guys!
They are all very friendly and professional. They exhibit in-depth knowledge and expertise of auto repair, and spend the needed time for their customers, to thoroughly explain their customer’s options to achieve the outcome needed. All mechanics are a necessary cost, so might as well go to a place with a good reputation of fair dealing.
1st visit. So far, so good! Completed standard service on a performance vehicle at a fair price that I can be happy with. Dealer would have probably been 4-5x more. I think this has become my regular shop.
I brought my car in for brake work and to have the check engine light diagnosed. The team did a great job — they fixed the issue and everything’s running smoothly now. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely come back if I have any car problems in the future.
