These guys were amazing.. Mercedes are not cheap to work on. These guys take the time to explain the process and really went out of their way for me. It was better priced than the other German shop and 1/2 the price of the dealership. Great service all the way around!

From the first inquiry phone call to setting an apt, getting the oil change and inspection, waiting at the shop and talking about the car…it’s a true pleasure here at German auto. Timmy up front is great, knowledgeable, friendly, happy to help. Alan took care of my car. And Mike was great as we talked about upgrades - for later ☺️. What can I say - I’ve found my shop.

Came in on a whim for a quick headlight bulb change without an appointment. Dave was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to change the bulb for me in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely come back for future services!
