From the first inquiry phone call to setting an apt, getting the oil change and inspection, waiting at the shop and talking about the car…it’s a true pleasure here at German auto. They are all very friendly and professional. They exhibit in-depth knowledge and expertise of auto repair, and spend the needed time for their customers, to thoroughly explain their customer’s options to achieve the outcome needed. All mechanics are a necessary cost, so might as well go to a place with a good reputation of fair dealing.
1st visit. So far, so good! Completed standard service on a performance vehicle at a fair price that I can be happy with. Dealer would have probably been 4-5x more. I think this has become my regular shop.
I brought my car in for brake work and to have the check engine light diagnosed. The team did a great job — they fixed the issue and everything’s running smoothly now. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely come back if I have any car problems in the future.
