I bought a used vintage Mercedes with only 90k miles on it and took it to German Auto Services for a full run through, and had them check a rattling noise. They work on all of my family's cars and are incredibly reliable! They've always been trustworthy and fair with pricing, and explain all possible options for service. This included aftermarket parts when I needed a new suspension, which most people wouldn't. Chris is always friendly, happy to help, and very communicative about what's going on. I will happily bring my car here every time I need help!
These guys held my car hostage for nearly two weeks, purposely dodging my calls. And they did it out of pure greed. The shop had just reopened after a renovation and was backed up with multiple repairs. They scheduled me in anyway, choosing not to disclose that fact.
