I've been regularly going to German Auto Repair ever since I bought my Mini Cooper in 2013. They have always been reliable, honest and knowledgeable.
I brought my Audi in for a transmission diagnosis after it started shifting harshly and sometimes getting stuck in 6th gear. Instead of doing a proper inspection, the shop told me I needed a whole new transmission. They did not even remove the transmission pan to inspect the filter, fluid, gasket, or internal issue before making that recommendation. Chris is always kind, honest and accommodating! I needed to get new tires but had an issue with my wheel lock so I had to visit Chris first. Chris was kind enough to coordinate with the tire shop near by to get my vehicle there and back and all sorted and it made a pain of a task much easier. Thank you Chris and team for the continuous good experiences! I will continue to come here as long as I’m still living in the area!
Took my 1988 BMW 325i to get the AC serviced. They did a great job. Highly recommend for all German cars from any era.
I bought a used vintage Mercedes with only 90k miles on it and took it to German Auto Services for a full run through, and had them check a rattling noise. They went through everything and gave me a detailed report of the car’s condition and fixed the rattle with an explanation of what was wrong.
