German Auto is great! I have been a customer for years and they do a super job. I can heartily endorse them. Benzes are very expensive to repair anyway and they actually charge less than the dealers. They have no control over parts pricing and try to save you money while doing a quality job.
Auto This company does a good job fixing german vehicles. Now the prices can be a little pricey but it is worth it and they do a good job in a timely matter. They are nice and helpful and will help you understand everything that needs to be done. They are friendly and helpful and usually are not busy. Conviently located near heart of Phoenix downtown area.
Engine failed, I'm out $17K At 30K miles, the engine on my 2017 Mercedes E300 failed. My last 3 on time services were done at German Auto Service. Mercedes refused to help us as the car wasn't serviced properly. We are out over $17K. Ian the service manager was great, but management/owner refused to return my call, so they won't stand behind their work. You are taking a huge risk having your luxury vehicle serviced here.
do your homework Brought my BMW into their shop for repairs on a window switch. Two months later I decided to check something under the hood, and noticed that the hood release handle was broken off. No one had touched that handle except this shop. When I called today to tell them what I discovered, they explained that they "wrote this up" when I dropped off the car. Top-notch Service! German Auto has kept my two German vehicles, both with over 100,000 miles, running perfectly. I am pleased to know there is a reputable and reliable service center outside of the dealerships in town. German Auto is always my first recommendation when someone with a German car moves to town.
