Took my vehicle hear for a DEF hose issue, they had it for over a week and couldn't find the issue or diagnose it. I said enough with the BS I came to pick it up after I was tired of being jerked around. They gave it back with wires cut and the bumper falling off and tried to talk me into thousands of dollars worth of repairs that it NEVER had when I dropped it off. BEWARE.
Very professional staff. They did a great job fixing an oil leak on my 2016 BMW 528i. They went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and they charged me a fair price for the work.
My husband and I were recently first time customers of German Auto Repair. We were very impressed with the high quality service we received. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We really appreciated how fair their prices were, how thorough their inspection was, and that they had a courtesy loaner available for us. Thank you GAR! Brought my s550 in for a full review of health top to bottom. German auto went through the entire car head to toe. They sent an entire report to me explaining all things they found, and let me know the car has many years left with proper maintenance. I will be scheduling some recommended work with them in the very near future. If you have a german car, these are the only people that should be touching your car. Very straight forward and honest, high character business. Highly recommended
