Top notch!!! Very trustworthy people that would not steer you towards unnecessary maintenance and repairs. Came in thousands cheaper than the dealer estimate with more work done. German auto repair is heaven for both Mercedes and now as they've opened a new side other foreign cars. Really astounded with the professional service but honestly the proof is in the driving where the car is now vastly superior to when it left a Mercedes dealership. Love them and have already mentioned German Auto to other Mercedes friends who will be visiting shortly.

Took my Sprinter Van here for an estimate on fixing the DEF hose which was already diagnosed by Mercedes in Hartford. Therefore I ALREADY KNEW It was a DEF hose that it needed. I just needed to know how much it was to for them to fix it verses Mercedes. German Auto had the Sprinter for almost two weeks and couldn't give me an estimate on getting it fixed. Brought in my 2004 Mercedes CLK500 convertible because I was having a problems with the top. I was referred to them by another repair shop. Jacque could not have been nicer! She was up front about the diagnosis charge and how the repair would be handled.
