Charm their way through your wallet, does not have the knowledge to repair Mercedes with major issues, overcharge no explanation, they charge me over $700 for oil change and check up, no repair has been done, but I’ve been charged $700, at the beginning they told me only $250 for oil change, the engine did had a major issue. There was no need for oil change. They should’ve informed me instead they charged me for opening the cap doing a no necessary oil change and have done. Nothing else, please be careful. I love my 2008 VW R32, but it's ALWAYS been very slow-cranking...and I've had it for 5 years. (Recently, I even had to get a jump-start.) Several times, I'd asked the VW dealership to check into this, and the dealership could never find the cause. I'd had the dealership change the hi-amp fuses and the battery, but for various reasons I quit going to the VW service center two years ago.
