My 911 was rear ended in mountain View, the damage was fairly minor, but the bumper was slight pushed in on the passenger side, deck lid was scuffed and dinged and a tail light was cracked. John worked with the other party's insurance company and really handled everything. The fit and finish was very good as well as paint matching. Highly recommended. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend I would have given them a 10 but for the fact that this part lasted one day on my car. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality The bumper grill was installed on 9/26. On 9/27 it was sheared off and completely ruined as I backed out over a 2 inch bump. 1.5 Star : Customer Service I was told that the part had arrived. When I got to the shop, I was told that the wrong part had been delivered. No one checked the part before I was told that it was ready to be installed. 2.5 Star : Returned Clean
