We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The hard floors (without carpet) were extremely sticky, making the room feel dirty from the moment we checked in. We stayed for two nights, but our room was never serviced, even though the hotel advertises daily housekeeping. Our towels were not replaced either. Great looking, a stone throw away from the city. Welcoming & courteous staff. Rooms of convenient size. Comfortable beds. Breakfast plenty and enjoyable.
*** NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY*** ***NO MANAGEMENT*** Upon arrival it seemed ok but then it got worse and worse. Very dirty all in the hallways and walls… but that’s the least of it. First night all I smelt was cigarettes and cigars inside our room. People hanging around the lobby’s sleeping on the couch impaired. Stayed three days and never had room service.
