Love it
I used to love this place, but unfortunately not anymore. I stayed here with my boyfriend on 3/20 for his birthday. We were planning to use the hotel pool, but it was closed, which was really disappointing. I booked through Hotels.com, and my receipt showed a total of $161.54, but I was charged $180 instead. When I asked the front desk, the staff member said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call her manager. Have stayed there numerous times this winter. Love the heated indoor pool. Unfortunately it wasn't available to use the last couple weeks. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The girl st the desk last Sunday morning had a super vibrant and uplifting attitude.
