Excellent communication. Ian was great to work worth, answering questions, and even video-calling me when I couldn’t make it to dealership to view the car in person. Most positive dealership experience I think I’ve ever had. Even worked out vehicle delivery about 90 mins away. Despite several other VW dealerships being closer to me, will definitely look at Germain first when next vehicle shopping.
