Abe, Derek Weekley, and Derek in finance made my experience at Volkswagen so seamless. I went in to look around and found an Atlas I fell in love with. They made the process of buying a car so easy and quick. There was no pressure at all to hurry up and buy or to add a bunch of unnecessary warranties. Everyone was very kind and respectful. I loved this experience and I love my new Atlas!
My experiences here have been less than positive there are a handful of awesome people there you occasionally get to talk to. If you have a warranty it's borderline decent if not look somewhere else. The mark up on parts and labor are three to five times higher than what you can get other places, OEM parts too. They complained when I did my own repairs and the parts were from somewhere else even though mine were from Volkswagen OEM.
