On January 3, 2025 I went and made a purchase to Germain Subaru of Columbus for $18,200 on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. On January 6, 2025 I started the Jeep early to go to work and I noticed that the engine had a miss in it. I googled it and it said it could be due to the cold weather, so I went ahead and went to work. RecommendedI drive 2hrs vs 20 min to local dealer because their place is such a top notch experience! I saved hundreds more buying here too vs home. The service dept. and people who work here are wonderful as well!

What else can I say besides having a great experience with the team at Hatfield and recommending stopping in to check out a Subie. They had short notice of my arrival from Cincinnati and accommodated my needs every step of the way. We bought our first Subaru about a year ago and were treated very well. But the big reason I would recommend them is their customer service. Our car needed a new transmission and they worked with their team and made sure we were well taken care of. Todd with the service department was fantastic! We will definitely be back when we need maintenance or a new car!
The salesman did not pressure us during our visit. He explained the difference between the models and spent quality time with us. The finance group explained our options. He checked several banks for an acceptable rate. I found my preferred Suburu dealership.
Terrible experience last summer. Bought a Subaru Forester there. The salesman gave us the wrong trim level and the wait times were awful. All day process to just buy a car not to mention having to make 2 extra trips out there so they could get us the correct trim level discussed. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Love the car but the experience was awful. Will never do business there again.
This review is specific to Hatfield’s service department. I bought a crosstrek from them and I love my car. However when I took it back in for a scheduled oil change for which I had coupons the guy who did my intake was rude did not introduce himself and would not answer questions about what was included in my scheduled service coupon book.
