I have been doing business with Germain Plumbing for years; in the beginning it was good. Brian put my new high Efficiency heating system in, it worked good for a few years, then came the problems. You call him, he sends his boys out they tap on a few things then replace a water valve relay, not the problem. Sends the electrician he finds a lose wire, that was left loose when the system was installed by his team, got billed for the relay valve, a service call, and the electrician.
