This place sucks, absolutely awful service.
John Thiede managed the service quickly and efficiently.
I was so impressed by and grateful to Cameron Thompson for the outstanding service he provided to me in purchasing my Honda CRV. It is a used but Certified vehicle. Apparently highly desirable. Cam went WAY out of his way to be sure the car was not only serviced prior to my purchase but ensured that my deposit held the car until it was ready to be picked up. Outstanding service and communication throughout the entire purchase process. Ask for him when you are looking at Hondas. You won't be sorry.
Amber Farley was our salesperson, she is excellent. We cannot say enough good things about her. Trying to get past all the "extras" that the finance representative wanted us to buy, was a pain!
Called to let me know what was going on and to give me information on what needs to be done. Sent a video of what they were doing to the car as well.
