They were very busy and traffic with the football game was bad. I got there early and service was right there. They got everything thing done and was out of there at least 1/2 hour then I expected. Very pleasantly surprised, and cannot wait till I tell others. Chris Olear you have a great crew!
I had an amazing experience working with Nick Sneed at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. He went above and beyond to make sure everything during my service visit was handled smoothly and professionally. Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. You can tell he truly values his customers and takes pride in his work.
Hands down the best Honda dealer in the area. I've had mixed experiences at other Honda dealers, but Germain Honda really makes me feel like they care. Service is honest and quick, and pricing is in line with most dealerships. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. They take my concerns seriously, and my car is always clean after service. Thanks to them finding and fixing a couple minor issues during my recent 100k mile service, my Civic is still running just as well as it did when I drove it home new.
