My sister's brakes went out on a Wednesday afternoon. Nick and the staff were able to provide a temporary fix. Instead of scheduling a return visit, Nick added a second tech and the work was completed- all in an unscheduled afternoon appt.
I had an oil filter service done here. About few days later, while driving, the engine splash shield under the car came loose and partially fell off. I took the car to another mechanic, and they suggested that this type of issue can sometimes happen if things are not tightened properly after service. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but the timing was concerning since the problem occurred shortly after the oil filter work. I received great service from the moment I walked in, negotiation was fair and the vehicle was already priced very competitively, the whole process was painless!
