I visited Germain Honda of Ann Arbor to fix the break on my odyssey. Gerardo Macias and his colleague assisted me. The whole experience was great. Loved that they provide the complimentary shuttle drop off and pick up service. Gerardo patiently answered all my questions. Even they provide complimentary car wash.
Antonio Rodriguez was a great help in purchasing our used car! We would definitely go back to him for another purchase.
Nick Sneed and Jeff were excellent. I always feel comfortable coming here when I need help with my car.

As always my service experience at Germain Honda was excellent. I felt well taken care of. Chris O'Lear explained exactly what the technician had found, what needed to be addressed sooner rather than later and what could be deferred at this time. I felt like he had my (and my car's) best interests in mind and never felt as though I was being taken advantage of.
