I cannot express how awesome and efficient this dealer was to work with. Rob and James were so patient, never pushy. All the transactions were super smooth. The car (C8 Z06) is amazing and in perfect condition, and delivery was extremely fast (Thank you Mike!). I appreciate and commend them on doing such an incredible job! They are prime echelon examples of how customer service is supposed to be.
I was very interested in a vehicle and began conversing on line after hours after finding a vehicle on their website. I continued to exchange emails and advised I'd be able to drive the 90 minutes to Columbus to check out the $39,000 vehicle. When I arrived at the address on the email to the person I had been emailing I was told the vehicle was at another location, 30 minutes away. Meanwhile they kept trying to sell me another vehicle. They bought Spartan Toyota in Lansing, MI, where I bought a vehicle that came with $19.99 oil changes for life, which Germain is now changing to $79.99. And instead of sending out an email to customers informing them of this, they’re leaving it Spartan Toyota’s staff to tell this to customers. You’re the one who broke that agreement, Steve Germain.
