We worked with Mark Warner and he did an incredible job taking care of us. He listened to us and our situation, he was very clear, very considerate, and great to talk to. He gave us plenty of options, was very insightful.
I've purchased 2 vehicles from here, the first one all was well, the second is a lemon. The 2023 Honda Pilot I purchased was in and out of the dealership once a month for repairs ranging from engine oil leaks to sub-frame replacement. Besides all the issues I've had with the vehicle the service department is always backed up, and service doesn't always honor the appointments you set.
