I’ve been going to Germain Honda for 5 years, and my previous 3 appointments were beyond bad — I was extremely dissatisfied and received dishonest service; no one ever took the time to respond and correct this terrible service when I reached out. Luis Ramirez was amazing not only was he patience, kind and nice. He was very honest and made sure i got the car i wanted.
