German Honda made an error and I was unable to get car registration renewed. They assigned the wrong car sold in the trade in. Contacted them and spoke to Jose on the 11th of August and was assured they would take care of it. I called on the 12th and spoke with Jose again. Assured me they are looking into it and would be taken care of. As of today the 20th of August with registration due in 2 days, was unable to speak with anyone. Was told Anthony would call me back. I had been looking at buying a new vehicle for months, but never found the right one or felt discouraged after talking to different salesmen. But Brandon Mcavoy at Germain Honda made the experience pleasant. I didn’t feel pushed into anything I didn’t want, and he worked with me on getting me the right deal. It was the least amount of time I’ve ever spent in a dealership, and left with my first brand new car.
