Kayla was a pleasure to deal with. Not impressed with how they don’t see recalls as a priority. Really money hungry
I brought my son's car in for a recall and some minor things. My son is deployed that's why I brought his car. But my service guy Albert was awesome. He had everything taken care of. I have been to many different car dealers service departments before. And this was by far the best experience. I have to say my whole experience at Germain Honda is the best experience I've had at any dealer. The whole staff is friendly and attentive. But not in a pushy way. They are just friendly is the best way I could describe it.
