I'm working with Joey to lock down a new minivan on a tight timeframe. Never met him before but could tell right away he was trustworthy - a combination of serious, smart, savvy but also lowkey and straightforward. I've been to multiple dealerships this week - Joey stands out. When he was able to get the color order for delivery by the date I needed, I made a deposit over the phone without even visiting onsite. This is my first experience with College Hills Honda and I'm looking forward to learning more.

We are disappointed with our recent experience with Germain Honda of College Hills and the handling of our 2017 Honda CR-V service concerns. After reaching out regarding our concerns, it took approximately two weeks to receive an initial response from the dealership. Given the seriousness of the situation and the potential cost of the recommended repair, we expected more timely communication and a more thorough explanation of the diagnosis.
