I recently had the worst car repair-service experience of my life. The culprit, College Hills Honda of Wooster Ohio. Now understand that 4 yrs. ago, i bought a used 2006 Honda Accord and it happens to be the best car i have ever owned. I want to first start my review by saying not only is the College Hills Honda the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, but also the worst company. I will start my experience from the beginning. I went in at the beginning of September on a Thursday because I was driving down the road and noticed a car that caught my eye. I just purchased a new 2017 CRV out here in Tewksbury,MA. I wanted a soft cargo shade for the back and the dealer checked and supposedly double checked and said they do not have one for the 2017 LX version or if they do they are not marketing it yet. We came home and looked on line. In 10 min we found the part advertised at College Hills at a discounted price! Purchased a set of splash guards for my 2014 Honda CRV but purchased the wrong year. I filled out a ticket via the web and they emailed right back and said to call for the return information. I called and spoke to Joe and he said to return the parts ordered in error and he would get me the correct parts. I am not used to this high level of customer service these days. Highly recommend. Thanks so much.

I wasn't going to write a review, but their lame response to my customer support inquiry left me obligated to inform other people. I ordered a cargo mat for a new car. The advertisement had this statement: NOTE: This product ships at a higher rate due to package size. What they did was tightly fold the mat in half, so they could fit it is the same box as the floor mats that I bought. If my package size was the same as the floor mats, then what did I pay the extra shipping for. I am now left with a product that was ... read more
