We purchased a used vehicle in December 2025. The salesman was very pushy from the get go, but we liked the truck and knew it was what we wanted and could tell it was well cared for by the previous owner. Same day, test drove it, let them know we would like to move forward with the purchase. Let them know we already have a pre approval for the truck and can bring in a cashiers check the day that we pick up the truck. I recently had a great customer service experience from Paul, my service advisor at Germain Honda. I had called regarding my mother's 2018 Honda Civic Touring car. I had run over a small chuckhole, and the tire pressure gage would not come off even after making sure the tires had the appropriate air in them. I called Service and ask for Paul, explaining my problem and he set me up for service the very next day!
