I bought a Honda Odyssey EXL today from Germain in Wooster, Ohio. Another dealership closer to home had the car last Friday but that fell through at the last minute so I was back to searching. Germain offered better pricing and the car was exactly what was asked for. No unwanted add-ons. I dealt with Don (General Manager), Tony (Salesman), and Chris (Closer) who all did great.
We worked with Tony and Eric. They were awesome. They were very personable. We test drove an Accord and an HRV. They helped us make a decision on which one was best for us. It was great working with them. They made the whole process easy. Thanks so much!
