I purchased my new Ford Maverick from Germaine Ford one year ago (2025) and thought I received an excellent deal. Yesterday, I brought my truck back for its first service appointment. From the minute I drove in I was treated like royalty. The service area was immaculate, the service techs were friendly, polite and informative and the work was done quickly. To top it off, they washed my truck. Bottom line I was very impressed and felt like I was a “special customer” . I’ll be back. Thank you Germaine.
