One of the smoothest transactions i ever had buying a car. KT was great to work with
2 mos ago I had the mechanic flush my windshield washer reservoir out. When when the mechanic reinstalled it, he hooked it back up to The hose but he put the retainer clip on backwards, therefore the reservoir would not hold fluid. I had to bring it back in to have the retainer clip installed right. It cost me another 92.00. I don't feel I should pay for your mistake. No one seemed to care that I had to pay more Money for something that wasn't done right the first time, Thank You
The girl who checked me in was great. felt it took a little long to do a tire rotation and oil change. Told that my low tire sensor light stays on and my tire is not low. They did t fix that. So I still see it on all the time.
Just like any big dealer. They suck and only care about how many cars they sell or how much money they can make. Be aware of their big time tactics as well.
