Great doctor and friendly office staff. Good work. Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff; they make you feel comfortable. My PA, Valerie, is great, at her job and bedside manner! My husband likes Dr Black, and trusts him. I hope others will fill up the practice with their dermatology needs, so they will continue to serve the Johns Island community.
I have been so pleased with how attentive and amazing the staff at Germain Dermatology is. I highly recommend Lauren Crouse and her assistant. Both were sweet, personable and great listeners. Lauren was super knowledgeable and made sound recommendations for dealing with my skin and acne flair up. Whether it’s a wellness checkup or cosmetic they can handle all your dermatology needs.
Staff are great! I have been thoroughly impressed with the information before procedures and treated with professionalism. Treatments have been successful. No sales pitch on expensive products or procedures.
Very professional. Everyone was ready and on point , could not have asked for anything better it would not matter who I was. A great experience with Dr. Black and his associates.
