The worst car buying experience of my life. The salesman Sherik was clueless. I was given the wrong amount to wire and it took a week to be reimbursed. After the money was wired they let me know the vehicle had 1k more miles than they represented on the term sheet. The dealer did nothing to compensate me. I purchased a certified vehicle and it showed up with large holes in the bumper. I would never recommend Sherik or this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware that is my best advise.
I cannot express how awesome and efficient this dealer was to work with. Rob and James were so patient, never pushy. All the transactions were super smooth. The car (C8 Z06) is amazing and in perfect condition, and delivery was extremely fast (Thank you Mike!). I appreciate and commend them on doing such an incredible job! They are prime echelon examples of how customer service is supposed to be.
I was very interested in a vehicle and began conversing on line after hours after finding a vehicle on their website. I continued to exchange emails and advised I'd be able to drive the 90 minutes to Columbus to check out the $39,000 vehicle. When I arrived at the address on the email to the person I had been emailing I was told the vehicle was at another location, 30 minutes away. Meanwhile they kept trying to sell me another vehicle.
