Chuck Griffith is a wonderful person to work with in the Service department. I bought the car from Germain a year ago and Chuck has been with me every step of the way. He is super helpful in his explanations and his actions. I watched him help a person come in with all this stuff in their car including a bike rack and bike that he personally helped moved it to the loaner car. My experience was similar.
