THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I recently bought a 2026 BMW and my sales rep was PATRICK DODARD. The last time I bought a new car, he was only at BMW for a short while; I believe it was in Oct. 2019. I was so impressed with his integrity, professionalism, personality, respectfulness and knowledge of the vehicle, I would only want Patrick to help me once again. While I truly love the BMW product, one of the primary reasons I continue to purchase BMWs is the exceptional service department—particularly Rhoel Gray. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail consistently exceed expectations and are a major reason I remain a loyal customer. I previously owned a Mercedes and made the decision to change brands not because of the vehicle itself, but solely due to my experience with the service department.
Very positive experience with Milan Stanisic at BMW in North Naples. His professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. He has a very warm and friendly personality that made us comfortable. We are very happy he was our sales representative, he did a great job.
