The service representative named Austin should get an award. His professionalism and communication is unmatched. I have had many cars in my life and I’ve had dealt with many service dealerships in my life. The experience I had here was unmatched. You guys did a great job on my car and you guys should promote Austin. Nobud asked me to do this review, I am really blown away by the professionalism in the communication. Thank you guys.
Our sales associate was Oscar Matamoros. He was fantastic in every way. You couldn't have asked for better attention to every detail. He answered calls emails and text quickly. I hate to say it but he was more knowledgeable then his superiors. We had a great experience and Icredit it all to Oscar. One last point picking up your car can take several hours, and is way more difficult than it needs to be. Oscar however covered well for the lack of staff to get it done. If want to but a car go see Oscar.
Tona is my service representative. She is always helpful with any questions you have, very positive, polite, and caring in general. The whole Germain BMW staff is very great. The place has been redesigned and refreshed inside and out. One of the best service places and dealers in town; I've been coming here for years.
Milan was my salesperson. He is excellent. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did such a thorough job of explaining the important differences between each of the vehicles I was considering. I have my new BMW and I love it.
Chris Barta in the service department provides great service time after time. It is a pleasure working with her.
