I would like to express my disappointment regarding our experience with the appointment scheduling process. In the middle of March, I called to make appointments for my whole family. I specifically requested an emergency appointment for my daughter, and Ms. Rachelle assisted us with that request. She asked us to complete the forms, which were sent through email for my whole family.
