Ryan has been our go to contractor for the last 10 years. Whether the project is big or small, Ryan and Chris have done a great job bringing our vision and expectations to reality. We have confidence and trust in Gerlach’s Remodeling!
Our project involved converting a storage closet into a bathroom and walling off part of the family room to make a new closet. Ryan, ably assisted by his son Chris, did an excellent job. I was impressed by their attention to detail, construction abilities and taking pride in their work. Very personable and easy to work with.
We were more than happy with our bathroom remodel! Good communication, timely completion, no mess left behind, very pleasant conversations, and best of all, excellent workmanship! We highly recommend Ryan and his very capable assistant for any project and will likely call on them again for the next bathroom remodel soon to be scheduled!
Ryan and his son Chris installed new flooring, vanity, hardware and painted a bathroom for us. They paid attention to detail, communicated with us throughout and overall did a great job. They were super to work with, and I would feel confident hiring them for future projects.
Ryan was prompt with his estimate. He told us he would be able to start our shower in the spring, then it was after the 4th of July. He then told me after labor day. Gave me a day when he would start in Oct. Never showed, never called.
