Gerk’s is a great store with great people. My experiences have been nothing but the best, yet they still exceed my expectations every time. As a location, I like the store, its layout, and its selection. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. I’m glad to have Gerk’s as my local bike shop and do recommend it to others.
We stopped by for the first time earlier today, and learned that they're having end of season sale - what a perfect timing 😉 The store has a great selection of bikes, accessories, various gear and apparel. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help without any "sales pressure". First time ever in a cycle shop, super friendly staff, greeted me at the door to offer assistance, asked what I was looking for. Instead of just pointing to the products, the gentleman actually walked me over, asked some questions to better direct me, but didn't hover. No egos, just friendly and informative staff, I'll be buying my next bike here for sure!
