I was not impressed with the eye exam because I know I need some correction. More disappointing is when I was looking at their sunglasses. I asked if Flex Spending would cover the cost. At first the woman said she didn't think so, then she said yes it would be covered. I asked three times to be certain that FS now covers sunglasses for people who have had cataract surgery. My mother is a patient of Dr. Geringer. A very sensitive matter occured where I requested help in getting my mother assistance at home. Dr. Geringer refused nor did her staff even try to help get the paper work sent out. Insisted that I do it. I couldn't be there with my mom. My mother has limited vision and was presently in the office at the time with all the information just a phone call away. No one took the time to call the insurance company.
