Getting a DWI during the pandemic was a horrible experience. Court dates were changed and pushed back repeatedly. The offense happened in Oct ‘20, and I didn’t get to actually go to court until Feb ‘23. Two years later and I was still dealing with everything. I finally called GHC and got Ben Gergen to represent me. 1 court date with him and everything was resolved that very day. If you need a hard fighting and persistent advocate in your corner, I highly recommend this man and this firm.
