Nurse was not thorough. Didn’t check my throat or sinuses even though I said I had severe pain. She prescribed cough medicine even though I didn’t have a cough. She was HORRIBLE!!!

Had to see this FNP instead of a doctor at the immediate care facility. I went in for sinus pain, a really bad sore throat and ear ache. She wouldn’t listen to anything I said and never even looked in my throat or ear or checked my sinus area before determining what she thought I needed so I’m sure I won’t be better until I can get in to see my doctor. Going to this immediate care facility and being seen by her was a huge waste of my time.
