The lady at chek in window she have a big attitude for no reasons she was talking to her colleagues for like 10 minutes. I’m waiting at a window for a check-in and then I’m the only one truck in the warehouse been two hours. They’re not loading me the warehouse is like this they don’t deserve to be in a business. They don’t respect other’s time
Receiving opens at 8am, per their own sign. The forklift driver has seen me multiple times since 6:30am when I got up and has not started unloading me almost an hour after then opening. I tried going into the receiving office, where I can clearly hear someone on the phone in the office, but I stood at the closed window for over 10 minutes. The unloading of simple coils has became an absolutely arduous process that takes far too long. Very worse warehouse too many truck they cam loading they have a stupid scale you were in line text so long
Very unprofessional they don't care about a truck driver time they move on there on time....I walked in to see what's the hold up because I was waiting for 3hr straight and there was two dock doors open they was celebrating somebody birthday two trucks ahead of me I end up getting to a dock and still was the last person to get there truck loaded I only have 44min left and was told that I could not stay I will be taking my business elsewhere
Don't go this place. The worst company. If you see reviews and go you will see practically. I waiting 3 hours and they didn't loading me and I canceled my load. After that the Spanish lady sent this text to my broker to cover her mistake. "Yourdriver being very rude and caused a fatal accident when he moved the truck leaving while our loading stuff was inside his truck and were forced to jump. What is this??? This is unacceptable why did he even do that, we would like to fill a serious complaint to your company and blacklist... read more
