Purchased a multi tool paid for overnight delivery. It’s been five days still haven’t got the product I called UPS they told me to talk to Gerber. Gerber messaged me back and said it was my problem. Very poor customer service.
Fabulous, I have gifted many friends Gerber gear. One of my favorite, and my second one, is their CenterDrive!
I inquired over a year ago about the warranty on a small pocket knife. I was told that they were way behind but would get back to me in a matter of weeks. No contact, no reply after sending them pictures of what broke... It's funny that they keep sending me marketing info... Why would I buy any more gear from them when they don't follow up on such a simple matter...???
Unfortunately this company has fallen to the dark side. Absolutely no way to contact them -- been weeks and have heard nothing. Profits over quality it seems.
