When the Memorial Day tornado hit, it damaged my car. I went to Stephen for a windshield replacement—he was the only person in town who could get one for my vehicle at the time. When I dropped my car off, he informed me that the first windshield arrived damaged. No big deal—I appreciated the honesty and patience while he ordered another. These guys were great from start to finish. The price was the lowest of anybody I checked, and the final price was exactly as quoted. They were very friendly, fast, and thorough. They cleaned up all the broken glass and got us back on the road quickly! Super job, guys!!
I DONT recommend this company!! My insurance company recommended them when my husband hit a deer so we used them. Told me the car was ready picked it up the front bumper had a big gap in it and hump where they “made it fit” when I asked about it I was told to bring my car back I didn’t need to drop it off they just need to look at it. Then proceeded to tell me that the aftermarket parts just might not fit and I will have to go fight my insurance but they were going to pull it in and look at it. Gerber did an outstanding job with my truck. Teddy Garcia was my estimator and he was very communicative and made this experience easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Teddy Garcia and Gerber Collision for your collision repairs.
I previously used Gerber Collison to repair my car after an accident. They did an excellent job. More recently, I was in another accident (other person's fault), and so I took my car to Gerber Collison to repair that as well. They were also able to repair some damage that hadn't been repaired in the past due to finances, but by doing both at the same time, I saved money on my rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Highly recommend Gerber Collison!
