I have had several repairs at this Gerber site. The staff is wonderful, the work was excellent and the communication was frequent and useful. The work was completed on time. Chris is wonderful to work with and is extremely committed to having the job done "right."They work well with insurance companies and ensure that as much work as can be covered is reported. I had to drive over a half hour to get to the shop, but having them repair the car was worth it.
The repairs on my car were done quickly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was professional, communicative, and clearly cared about doing quality work. They coordinated everything with insurance, handled my rental car seamlessly, and my vehicle looks brand new. Highly recommend!
Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I needed to get an estimate, and the receptionist was friendly and scheduled me for the next day. I was impressed with how honest, ethical and helpful my estimator was. In addition, the manager (Chris Z) repaired some old paint damage on my car, and he did this at no charge. I’d recommend Gerber to anyone because their work is phenomenal and so is their customer service!
I had a great experience with Gerber Collision from start to finish, the receptionist was really nice, friendly and accommodating. Barb was very flexible, understanding and has great communication. Mike was willing to stay after hours so I could pick my truck up after work. They fixed my truck in a short amount of time and it looks brand new! Hopefully I never need body shop work again but if so I'll be back!
