Repaired my door after an accident. Redid the work to make sure it was done correctly
The female employee, Alyssa is routinely rude to other women who bring their cars in. Beware!
Do NOT go here if English isn't your first language. And do NOT go here if Alyssa is still working there because she treated my mother-in-law (who only speaks conversational english) like trash. Alyssa asked my mother for her key so that she could, "take photos for evaluation." She leaves for some time, comes back, asks my mother something along the lines of "where's the crash?" I have had several repairs at this Gerber site. The staff is wonderful, the work was excellent and the communication was frequent and useful. The work was completed on time. Chris is wonderful to work with and is extremely committed to having the job done "right."They work well with insurance companies and ensure that as much work as can be covered is reported. I had to drive over a half hour to get to the shop, but having them repair the car was worth it.
The repairs on my car were done quickly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.
