I brought my suv in for repairs and the team did a wonderful job. I really appreciate them for taking care of my car.
I have taken my car here twice in the past year, both for claim-related repairs where another party was at fault so I was dealing with another insurance. Gerber has made otherwise stressful situations easy for me and the repairs have been quality both times. The first repair was right before I had to leave on a long trip and they completed it very quickly so I would be able to take my car home before I left the trip which I really appreciated. The estimator got an attitude with me because I asked her why they didn’t give me a curiosity call and tell me my car was broken into. My car was seriously damaged but they decided to take their time moving it which led to my car being broken into 3 times within a week… they then proceeded to lie to my insurance and blamed it on me. lol they don’t take accountability nor care for the people. I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. The team was professional, and honest.They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and made everything stress-free. The quality of the work was outstanding — my car looks terrific. The paint match was perfect, the repairs were flawless, and their customer service and communication was terrific. I truly appreciated their integrity, fair pricing, and commitment to doing the job right. I would highly recommend this shop.
