My Insurance Company towed my Vehicle to Gerber Collision on September 30th and provided me with a Rental. I received several text to promise that my vehicle would be ready, but when I called Gerber, I was feed with Lie after Lie, about when my vehicle would be ready. They are not good. I was referred to them due to an accident. I brought my car in to have my bumper repaired. They repaired it but my headlights were no longer working. I complained about it, but was to to go buy headlight bulbs at my expense and they would install them to see if the lights would come on. So the removed my headlights and put them back on but didn't check to see if they were working or not. They didn't document any issues with the headlights in their paperwork so now my car has no headlights. They touched my ... read more
Ryan with Gerber was extremely helpful and communicative. He went out of his way to make sure i knew exactly what was wrong and to fix my Toyota in a timely manner. What a great, down to earth, employee!
Jeff and his team did an excellent job repairing my car after a vehicle running a stop damaged the front end my vehicle. They replaced the front bumper and headlights and painted the front of my vehicle. They did job good matching the color. Likewise, they did thorough job making it look new again. I appreciate all the hard work and would definitely recommend him.
