This place is responsible for my husband's car being stolen. They lost the key to his car in the parking lot, then CLOSED SHOP ANYWAY! They never called to request a second key, they didn't move it into the locked garage, nor did they even alert us anythjng was amiss until it went missing. In fact, they called and left a voicemail saying - and I quote - "uh did you just pick up your car because it drove off the lot." Words cannot explain how Gerber collision helped me and my specific situation. Their patience and kindness are unmatched to any other customer service experience I've ever had. Communication was the biggest thing I appreciated as well as understanding 🙏 Even after I brought my problematic tahoe home it had a separate issue but they still followed up to ensure I had everything handled.
